A) Normally all Mumbai deliveries are completed within 3-5 working days and outstation deliveries within 4-7 working days after we ship your order. Though we take necessary steps to ensure you timely delivery, there might a delay due to poor logistic connectivity in certain remote areas. Also, the logistics are a challenge currently with staff shortage in the current COVID period and your order could be delayed further.
Q) What happens if I am not present at my place when you deliver?
A) Please ensure that someone is there to receive the courier once you have followed the “Tracker” online. However, if the courier person does not find anyone present, then a message will be left and a second attempt will be made to deliver your shipment.

A) The Shipments generally reach you within 4-7 working days after we ship your order. However, sometimes orders get delayed due to stock unavailability or areas with logistics difficulties. . Also the logistics are a challenge currently with staff shortage in the current COVID period and your order could be delayed further. Also, please note that the 7 sisters state (North East States of India) may take further time to deliver your shipment.

A) The charges for the return shipment will be borne by us, if you have received a damaged package before accepting it, please notify us. The same courier will get the package back to us.
